Her journey has taken her from North Bay to Ottawa, where she’s built lasting connections with pets and their people. As a Veterinary Receptionist, Mindy is often the first friendly face you’ll see in clinic!

Mindy holds degrees in Health Sciences and Biodiversity from Queen’s University and the University of Guelph, and she brings both brains and heart to the front desk. She has a special passion for canine behavioral therapy and loves bonding with animals at the local humane society. When she’s not brightening up the clinic, you might find her hiking scenic trails, cheering on her favorite hockey team, or caring for pets as a sitter.
